Peppies Pro: the session console.

Peppies Pro is the companion app for independent coaches, clinicians and experts who hold booked sessions on the Peppies platform. It is a separate app from the consumer tracker, with a separate audience, and it is free on both stores.

There is no sign-up in the app. Peppies Pro requires a verified expert account, and that account is created on the web. The app is how you work with an account you already hold.

What it does

Today, at a glance. Today's bookings with live-window status, upcoming reservations, and your payout position in one view.
Consent packets, not open records. You see exactly what a client chose to share for one booking — subscriptions and bloodwork in a single packet. View-only, held for the session, not downloadable. No consent, nothing shown. Withdraw consent and the packet goes with it.
Session chat, text and voice. Each booking opens a chat for its reserved window. Text or voice memos recorded in the app. Outside the window the thread is read-only.
Practice settings that stay honest. Availability days, booking pause, optional calendar auto-add, and your payout rail — visible in the app, managed on the web.

What it is not

Peppies Pro is not an electronic health record. It issues no prescriptions and contains no dosing or treatment functionality. It handles expert-consented research context and nothing more.

Your account

An expert account is issued by Peppies after verification, on the web. Your Peppies account and your expert profile are separate records: deleting one does not remove the other. Both routes are set out on the account deletion page, which the app also links to from Settings.
